(hereinafter “KANDOR”) is responsible for this website and provides the users with this document in compliance with the obligations set out in the Information Society and E-Commerce Services Act 34/2002. The users expressly agree that the use of this website is done under their exclusive responsibility and also undertake not to harm the image, reputation and any of KANDOR’s rights or those of any entity in its group by using this website. The use of this webpage and of the subdomains and/or directories (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Site”) is subject both to these General Conditions of Use and its own specific conditions (hereinafter the “Specific Conditions”) which, as applicable, may govern the access to the Site. Furthermore, the use of the Site is also subject to all of the notices, user regulations and instructions which, informed by KANDOR to the User, substitute, complete and/or modify these General Conditions of Use. 1. Incorrect use of the Site: KANDOR has created this Site to inform about our activity and to facilitate access to its products and services, but can not control its use in a different manner to that set out in this Legal Notice; as such, the access to the Site and the correct use of the information contained on it are the responsibility of the person performing these actions, and KANDOR is not responsible for the incorrect, illegal or negligent use which may be made of it by the User, or for the knowledge that unauthorised third parties may have of the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of use that the Users make of the Site. KANDOR is not responsible either for any type of harm which may be due to the replacement of the identity of a third party performed by a User in any type of communication made through the Site.
2. Use of the contents: KANDOR shows all of the contents of its Site in good faith and shall make every effort in order to ensure that they are always up to date and in force; however, KANDOR cannot assume any liability for the use or access made by third parties outside of the intended scope of the Site, the final responsibility for which shall correspond to the User.
